Why is India Still Behind on Mobile Technology

India a country with second highest mobile subscribers is still far behind in mobile technology. We are still living with edge technology where as world is talking about upgrading their mobile networks to 4g technology.

I am unable to understand why our government cannot come to a consensus on pricing of 3g networks. Knowing our country's famous pace of work, I won't be surprised if by the time we get 3g networks it's obsolete.

Just hope that all the mobile operators get together and do something about it. After all we are one of the major suppliers of software to the world.
